Through Weathered Glass
Fine Art Photography from the American West
Behind the Glass
These photographs were made across Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota — places I grew up in and keep returning to. Shot with the eye of someone who knows what these landscapes look like in different light and different seasons, on gear that lets the place come through more than the technology.
The work lives in four collections. There's also a Substack, where the thinking behind the images becomes its own practice.
Weathered Writing
A newsletter about the slow practice of photography — the craft, the contemplation, and the quiet work of paying attention to a landscape that has been photographed a thousand times and still has more to say.
No algorithm. No schedule. Just writing when I have something worth saying.
